Fire Call, LLC engages the third parties below to help provide the Service. Each is contractually bound by data-protection obligations substantially similar to those Fire Call owes its Agency Customers under the Data Processing Addendum.
Per Section 6 of the DPA, Fire Call provides at least thirty (30) days' advance notice to Agency administrators before adding or replacing a subprocessor. The current list is below.

Objecting to a Change
Agency Customers may object to a new or replacement subprocessor on reasonable data-protection grounds within thirty (30) days of Fire Call's notice by emailing legal@firecall.us. The objection and termination process is set out in Section 6 of the DPA.
