Last updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Fire Call platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of Service
Fire Call is a platform that connects property owners with professional wildfire protection contractors. We facilitate the connection between users seeking wildfire mitigation services and qualified service providers.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or requesting services
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service
4. Service Provider Relationship
Wildfire protection contractors are independent service providers, not employees of Fire Call. We do not guarantee the quality, timing, or outcomes of services provided by contractors. Users are responsible for verifying contractor qualifications and insurance.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is arranged directly between users and contractors through our platform. Fire Call may charge service fees as disclosed at the time of transaction. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
Fire Call shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or any services obtained through the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to Fire Call in the preceding 12 months.
7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
